Position: Mass Communication Professional
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Camera Men: No. of Position 2 Salary : 20k to 23 K
• Operate and maintain camera equipment to capture high-quality visuals.
• Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute video shoots.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition of shots.
• Edit and process raw footage to produce polished videos.
• Stay updated with the latest camera technology and techniques.
2. Field Executive: No. of Position 4 : Salary : 17K to 20K
• Coordinate and manage on-ground activities related to media campaigns.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders for effective execution of projects.
• Gather and report feedback from field activities to the management.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of field activities.
3. Digital Marketing: No. of position 2 : Salary : 15K to 17K
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote content and engage the audience.
• Manage social media channels, including content creation, posting, and community management.
• Analyze digital metrics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Optimize online content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling digital campaigns.
4. Graphic and Video Editor: No. of Position 4 Salary : 15 K to 17K
• Create compelling visual content (Image and Video) for various platforms.
• Collaborating with teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Ensuring all visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or related field.
2. MBA with a specialization in Marketing or Media Management.
3. Graduate in any stream.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital media tools and software.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the media, advertising, or broadcasting industry is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
• Valid driver's license (for field executives).
• Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
• Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
